Abstract
Magnetically induced evolution of terahertz (THz) radiation spectrum from an InAs emitter under the Voigt configuration is investigated. It is found that the peak shifting of THz-radiation spectrum toward lower frequency is due to magneto-plasma effect. Additionally, the periodic structure observed in the spectrum is discussed based on the Voigt effect.
