  • Abstract
The terrestrial environment represents a hierarchical structure from all blocks, decreasing in size, beginning with large megablocks and finishing with various and local infringements. Together with the environment hierarchical structure, this paper demonstrates also the distribution of electrical parameters (conductivity σ and dielectric permeability ε). Experimentally, the behaviour for conductivity, such as sedate dependence on the size of area, is revealed in the Krylov and Lyubchich article (Izvestia, Physics of the Solid Earth vol.12, p.14-21, 2002). A similar sedate dependence should be observed also for dielectric permeability. In this report, it is shown that it is possible to get scaling dependence between physical and geometrical sizes, proceeding from the scale invariance of the Maxwell equations.
