Abstract :
For the seventh time, the electronic community local to Novosibirsk has organized the International Conference on Actual Problems-of Electronics Instruments Engineering.(APEIE´2004) to attract Russian and foreign specialists for discussion on some selected topics of their academic and/or industrial interests. This paper gives a broad outline of the profile of the conference along with its relationship with the IEEE.
