Abstract
The possibility of creating a qualitatively new high accuracy field spatial ground by means of relative satellite GPS/GLONASS observations. is considered. It can be used in practice for metrological verification of a large variety of surveying instruments: GPS receivers, electronic tacheometers, theodolites, range finders, levels, gyrotheodolites, astronomical theodolites, gravimeters, etc. In its creation, the results of high accuracy satellite measurements and a local model of the Earth´s gravity field were combined. It gave us the possibility of developing a procedure for determining astronomical, geodetic and gravimetric transformants of the Earth´s gravity field. As a result, astronomical latitudes, longitudes and azimuths, geodetic and normal heights, horizontal and vertical angles, pure gravity anomalies and other metrological parameters of the field spatial ground can be determined with higher accuracy than is achieved on ordinary field surveying grounds by traditional measuring instruments.
