  • Abstract
For every radar station location we can make a library of the elements of the radar target scattering matrix (CBEM/sub 1,2,3,...N/) combinations, which have the ability to give a high detection probability (P/sub D/). In dynamic polarimetry mode, we have P/sub Di/ with each CBEM/sub j/, at the certain j polarimetry state (PS/sub j/) j=1,...,M. If M is a number of the PS, we have P/sub Dmaxj/=max{P/sub Di/} then we can calculate max{P/sub Dmaxj/}=P/sub Dmaxmax,/. Here P/sub Dmaxmax/ is the highest P/sub D/ value for the selected CBEM.
