Abstract :
We present the results of an experimental research of the polarization dependences for two-beam interaction on a reflection grating in the crystals of bismuth titanate (Bi/sub12/TiO:Ca). The experiments were performed by using the semiconductor (/spl lambda/ = 660 nm), He-Ne (/spl lambda/ = 633 nm) and CuBr (/spl lambda/ = 578,2 nm) lasers. Maximum values of exponential gain coefficient /spl Gamma/ for each experiment have compounded /spl Gamma/ = 0,833 cms /sup 1/, /spl Gamma/ = 2.443 cms /sup 1/ and /spl Gamma/=2,037 cms /sup 1/, accordingly
