Abstract :
The possibility of creation of qualitatively new field spatial ground of higher accuracy by means of relative satellite GPS/GLONASS observations is considered. It can be used in practice for metrological verification of a laige variety of surveying instruments: GPS receivers, electronic tacheometeres, theodolites, range finders, levels, gyrotheodolites, astronomical- theodolites, gravinieters, etc.,In,its creation the results of satellite measurements of a high accuracy arid a local model of the Earth´s gravity field Were combined. It gave us a possibility to develop a procedure for determination of astronomical, geodetic and gravimetric transformants of the Earth´s gravity field. As the result, astronomical latitudes, longitudes and azimuths, geodetic and normal heights, horizontal and vertical angles, pure gravity anomalies and other metrological parameters of the field spatial ground can be determined with higher accuracy than it is achieved on the ordinary field surveying grounds by traditional measuring instruments.
