Boundary problem of fundamental wave propagation in coupled microstrip lines on substrate in form of tube was solved under quasi-TEM assumption. Theoretical results in particular can be applied to design optimization of a tubular sensor for continuous measuring microwave complex permittivity of flowing liquid
