Abstract :
The great need for establishment of the airborne integrated aviation equipment of surveillance and warning of ground proximity is valid, providing the realization of CNS/ATM ICAO concept in part of surveillance in Russia. The integrated equipment structure is suggested and type connections with an other aircraft systems are considered
