Abstract :
Considered main inlinear field transistor with the barrier an shotki. Noted that when functioning (working) a transistor in the scheme of multiplying of frequency in the mode of cut-off is observed significant divergence of theoretical and experimental results. Reason of divergence of results is explained On the base of analysis.
