Abstract :
Offered analytical model of evaluation of quality restored after block coding an expressing, built on the base of comparison of subjective -quality evaluations of restoring expressing and original. In models taken into account space-frequency feature of vision, infinear, entered at the transmission of expressing, effect of mask of signal by the noise, as well as possibility of adapting an analytical evaluation to subjective.
