Abstract :
A procedure of process stability and mean to target conformity has been developed. The procedure can function satisfactorily when the number of measurements is small. The mean analysis is performed under condition of unknown variance. The condition for the variance analysis is unknown mean. These are the real conditions which apply when the number of items to be analyzed is small.
