Abstract :
In this paper the problem of diffraction of plane harmonic wave on a circular cylinder with surface impedance Zs is considered. We deal with normal incidence of wave to the axis of cylinder. To solve this problem the strict method and the method of Wave optics are used. The effect surface of scattering has been found.
