Abstract :
The installation for tomographic images making (on a basis of the one- and twophoton exited fluorescence) with simultaneous binding of object to contours of an environmental body is submitted. The installation is based on the two-coordinate table and the-optical spectrum analyzer. As a basis of the table two precision guide-screws ensuring the scanning step up to 2 microns are assumed. Using as a detector the optical; spectrum analyzer has allowed to register radiation on two wavelengths (excitation and maximum of a fluorescence spectrum) simultaneously. By this the opportunity has appeared to build the image of the object (fluorescence image), and the environmental body (image of the diffusely reflected exciting radiation) simultaneously. Besides the program of the table handling and the program of tomographic images viewing and preliminary treatment allowing to view the images of object and a environmental body are submitted.
