Laser photodynamic therapy as a new method in treatment of the patients with malignant gliomas of brain

On the base experimental researches, clinical supervision, we for the first time prove absence neurotoxic and epileptogenic action of photosens, and prove ability of photosens to selective accumulation in tumor tissue in the large concentration at locoregional him introduction. The experimental researches are carried out on 85 adult rabbits of breed Shinshilla and in clinic at 55 patients with malignant gliomas in the age of from 6 till 65 years.
