Abstract :
In this paper, the characteristics of interference caused by cable transmission network (CTN) into HF radio services are analyzed. In addition to the spurious emissions of conventional (IT) equipment, cable transmission networks generates also unwanted "continuous" emissions that may be decisive to HF radio receptions. The impact of the both types of unwanted emissions is analyzed in this paper.
