Abstract :
On the path to economic globalization and urbanization, the city brand (e.g. how the city is perceived by the world), as a "soft power", has gradually demonstrated its importance in urban construction and development. A strong brand may help a city to improve its competitive advantages, to gain more development opportunities and more resources and to expand the core elements of its economy, thereby increasing the city\´s competitiveness. The most important factor to develop an excellent city brand is to create a great sense of identity, belonging, honour and pride among its residents to provide maximum benefits to all interested parties. Digital urban management systems have become popular with the rapid development of information technology and their goal is to meet the complex requirements of modern city management.
