Abstract
In this paper, the accuracy of hysteretic current-mode voltage regulators for microprocessors is thoroughly analyzed. The inaccuracy issue is pointed out and the root cause is identified. In addition, analysis shows how the operation parameters, the components´ value, and parasitic parameters influence this inaccuracy. Finally the experimental results show the effectiveness of this accuracy analysis
