Abstract :
The frequency of the power system is an important engineering parameter. For getting its exact measurement value, a new method named adaptive CZT (chirp Z-transform) is presented in this paper. It is based on traditional DFT or FFT and combined partial spectrum computation (frequency zoom) technology and adaptive principle. The mathematical theory and program flow are given in the paper. In order to prove the advantages of this method, algorithm simulation and project application are also sampled. Results show that this method has not only high precision and powerful anti-disturbance character, but also flexible resolution.
