Abstract :
Four methods of mobile IP (MIP) registration, call admission control (CAC), L2/L3 mobility and DiffServ mapping are mentioned for QoS assurance in portable Internet networks. At first implementation stage of portable Internet operators, affording of best effort services are recommended by applying the QoS assurance methods of CAC of maximum bandwidth, L2 mobility and DiffServ mapping for request services. Affording of non-real time polling services are recommended by applying the QoS parameters of MIP registration and its replay, request and its acceptance of CAC, as well as L2/L3 mobility and DiffServ mapping at second implementation stage of operators. Finally at third implementation stage of operators, supplying of real time polling services are recommended by applying the same QoS parameters as non-real time polling service case, but only adding the CAC of maximum delay and tolerated jitter as well as applying the CAC factors of maximum and minimum traffic bandwidth and traffic priority
