  • Abstract
The nano-scale local magnetization at the apex of Fe-coated W tips is investigated by observing directly the magnetic flux from the tip using electron-holographic interference microscopy. The spin polarization of the Fe/W tip is also estimated by means of spin-polarized-STS of p-GaAs irradiated with circularly polarized light.
