Abstract
In this paper we present accurate impedance measurements as a function of the applied magnetic field up to 3 GHz in a 20 mm long, 20 μm thick, zero magnetostriction Fe-Co-Si-B amorphous ribbon. The data have been collected using the procedure that uses a microstrip line and radio frequency (RF) techniques to avoid undesired impedance contributions. The results show that the shape of the impedance curves are modified by the appearance of large peaks when the frequency is high enough.
