Abstract :
A new access scheme for projections in iterative image reconstruction is suggested. It is based on a constant angular increment. The constant is chosen such that the range of 180° is divided by the golden section. It is shown in a simulation study that the method behaves superior to the random access scheme and the scheme based on prime number decomposition.
