Abstract :
In this paper, an automatic industrial material filling system based on machine vision is presented, which combines machine vision with the technique of image processing and image understanding including wavelet denoising, feature extraction and target identification. The system decreases high labor intensity and increases efficiency in the scene of filling industrial material. At the same time, it eliminates thoroughly the harmfulness to the operators caused by noxious, corrosive and explosive material and can bring great economic and social benefits.
