Abstract :
In this paper, we study the individual particle of a PSO system moving in a quantum multi-dimensional space and establish a quantum oscillator model for PSO and given a general convergence condition. After that, an approach of parameter control and QOPSO is proposed. The experiment result shows much advantage of QOPSO to the traditional PSO.
