Abstract
Switching noise is becoming a severe problem in current digital and mixed signal IC´s. In this paper a circuit is presented that is able to supply the digital switching section avoiding switching currents to flow through the parasitic inductances of the package. The proposed circuit reduces the switching noise levels up to a 70% presenting a higher noise reduction than by using only an on-chip decoupling capacitor.
