  • Abstract
    Future wireless systems should accept higher data rates and should be versatile. Versatility may be achieved through improvements in digital processing (in both hardware and software) but interfacing the RF world with the digital one is still a bottleneck. This paper shows that band-pass, high-speed conversion together with software control of both bandwidth and resolution may be possible using hybrid filter banks (HFB) ADCs.
