Abstract :
This paper describes a theoretical study of tunable RC-loads effect on the IIP2 in a Gilbert cell type of downconversion mixer. The analysis shows how the IIP2 depends both on the load resistor and capacitor mismatch. In addition, also measurement results for this type of mixer are given to support the analysis.
