  • Abstract
    Topographic data plays a very important role in our society. A growing number of organizations and individuals improve efficiency by utilizing topographic data. When the topographic data are updated, the change information must be published to the end-user to keep their client-databases current. How to publish the changed information to users timely is becoming more and more urgent. Directly publishing the recorded change information in topographical database to users is very convenient, but this information is not satisfied to users´ requirement. So, this paper proposes a three-level schema of publishing changed information of topographical database. Firstly, establishing the element schema of change information based on the element, and then dynamically establishing the feature schema of change information.
