Abstract :
In the case of the limited bandwidth of location based services (LBS), how to provide high-quality and high-efficiency geographic information service to users is the task we will face. A location based service (LBS) system´s simulation has been implemented in this article, and a service mode of push technique combined with adaptation method is used for the system´s simulation. In the meanwhile, for saving channel resource, this paper uses an information update scheme with minimal update frequency based on the customer´s current state only when the service is requested, providing that QoS is satisfied. It shows that the system we have simulated can give users navigation instructions, including some users´ special requests.
