Abstract :
RADARSAT-2 will be the next Canadian commercial Earth observation SAR satellite. The construction of the spacecraft and the development of the ground segment are progressing well. This paper presents an overview of the mission, some featured innovations, imaging capabilities and data distribution aspects.
