  • Abstract
Communication and coordination are the main issues in cooperative software development, and there are many involved methods presented. However, new coordination mechanism should be developed for offshore outsourcing software development. In this paper, the distributed sites are modeled as work capability and resource cost while tasks are identified as different work flow with fuzzy work pressure. A method based on the analysis of work flow is then suggested to adaptively arrange tasks according the resource and task status so as to enhance the coordination in the offshore outsourcing software development projects.
