            Abstract : 
This paper is concerned with the problem of H ∞ model reduction for linear parameter-varying systems with a parameter-varying state delay. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained in terms of parameterized linear matrix inequalities (PLMIs). When these conditions are feasible, an explicit parameterization of the desired reduced-order models is given. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
