Abstract :
It is well known that the fair competition is the basic principle of market economy, the competition and the cooperation coexists is a tendency which the future will develop, and to achieve double-win results will be the foundation of cooperate for both game players. This paper has applied game theory in the construction project to establish tender model for proprietor (proprietor) which are included by the pre-qualification, composite base bid price and payoff function, bid price game model of tenderer (design company, construction company) which is included by composite base bid price, mark criterion, the decision principle and full mark area of bid price, and the final decision model of tenderee (proprietor), and has carried on the real example analysis in illustration of the model on this foundation, has tried hard to realize the tendering and biding course of the construction project scientifically.
