Abstract :
Combinatorial evaluation method is able to decrease the incomplete information of complex system, however the fuzzy combination evaluation method that unifies fuzzy theory and combinatorial idea is more consistent to reality. In this paper, we firstly use the topsis, principal component analysis and factor analysis methods respectively to evaluate and arrange in order the management performance of fifty Chinese listed companies on stock market, whose main operation is electric power, according to the concerned data in their 2004´s interim reports; secondly, we examine the consistency of these evaluation methods based on the nonparametric Spearman´s rank correlation coefficient method; finally, we construct fuzzy combinatorial evaluation model to evaluate and arrange the management performance of these fifty companies again, the results are more scientific and reasonable.
