Abstract
This paper presents a novel blind separation method to determine the order of the separated signals in communication signal processing. Firstly, the number of sources is estimated, then the received signals are separated and the direction-of-arrival (DOA) is obtained simultaneously, finally the order of the separated signals is determined. Experimental results are discussed to illustrate the proposed method and show that it not only can determine the order of the separated communication signals correctly but also has the advantage of simplicity and better performance on source separation.
