Abstract
Robust mixed signal methodologies are essential for the development of IC´s operating in the harsh conditions prevailing in smart-power applications. The present paper focusses on aspects of process design-kit implementation that best support robust design practices, summarising the state-of-the-art and indicating areas of future developments.
