Abstract :
In this paper a novel method of utilizing channel state information (CSI) is presented for Chase decoding algorithm of block and turbo product code (TPC). Comparing to the existing schemes, the proposed method can improve the performance of linear block code greatly without increase in decoding complexity. The proposal is first put in use on TPC decoding with CSI and it achieves a significant performance improvement. Simulation results and performance comparison are also shown.
