Abstract :
This paper gives the performance evaluation of LDPC codes with three 16QAM constellations under a nonlinear channel. Simulation results show that LDPC codes with rectangular 16QAM has the best BER performance among the three constellations regarded under linear channel, while the rectangular 16QAM and star (8,8) constellation have the best performance in nonlinear channel.
