Abstract :
A novel constant modulus blind equalization algorithm with accelerated convergence is presented. This algorithm is derived using the concept of set-membership filtering (SMF). They include two constraint sets in order to construct a space of feasible solutions for the coefficient updates. It means that two data reuses can accelerate the convergence rate and the data-selective updates can provide low-excess mean-squared error (MSE).
