Abstract :
The filtered multitone (FMT) modulation is a kind of filter bank modulation technique, it requires both equalization of the transmission channel and of the transmit filters. In this paper, a pre-coding scheme is proposed for the FMT system to resist ISI, which overcomes the shortcomings of decision feedback equalization (DFE), holds the orthogonality between subchannels and has a simple structure. Simulation results and analysis demonstrates the good performance of the proposed scheme.
