Abstract
In this paper, we focus only on coplanar waveguide without ground plane at the bottom side as our simulation example. The hybrid ADI-FDTD and FDTD is numerically validated, which is efficient to compute planar structures. It shows that the hybrid method can be about 3 times faster in simulation time at almost the same memory requirement and accuracy level
