Abstract :
An isotropic 3D negative-refractive-index transmission-line medium has been presented. The medium is a network of LC loaded transmission lines in three dimensions. The dispersion characteristic of a specific design obtained through full wave simulations shows a negative refractive index between 1.08 GHz and 1.37 GHz.
