Abstract
A simplified finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) model is presented to analyze the active linear lumped network including internal sources. According to the principle of superposition, the relationship between the port current and port voltage of the lumped network including inner sources is established. A wire antenna loaded with a wideband matching network is analyzed. The results have been compared with those of the method of moments (MoM). It is validated that the developed method is effective and can yield accurate results.
