  • Abstract
    In this paper, we examine the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) enhancement by using an antenna diversity technique in 1X-EVDO system. The experiments have been made with two dipoles with a lossy cylinder in the reverberation chamber. The interesting frequency range was between 1750 and 1870 MHz. The SINR of two dipoles for minimum mean square error (MMSE) combining shows the significant improvement compared to one dipole.
