Abstract :
Variations of a broadband suspended E-shaped microstrip antenna are described. Its even mode compact variation i.e. a rectangular microstrip antenna with a single slot is proposed which reduces the area by half. The bandwidth of the compact S-shaped MSA is increased by cutting an S-shaped slot.
