Abstract
Modeling of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) channels requires directional and temporal channel characteristics at transmitter and receiver terminals. These characteristics influence the correlation properties at the two ends of the MIMO communication link, which have an impact on MIMO channel capacity. We present empirical joint angular-delay probability density functions at 5 GHz frequency range in indoor environment (corridor and hall). Both angles of arrival and angles of departure are studied.
