Abstract
The stabilization of the stoichiometrical ratio of the reagents in the installation regulation is necessary for the process of the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production. Automatic control algorithm for the technological plant provides several possible values of the regulation norms for the initial reagents. Taking into account the criteria of minimization of the residual sulphuric acid content in the waste gypsum, there is the possibility for choosing the optimal values from the installation regulation norms. Based on the optimal algorithm of the technological process tested by means of computer simulation, the norms for the feeding of the initial components and their mixing process for the production of the anhydrous gasiform hydrogen fluoride with the optimal components consumption and minimal content of the residual sulphuric acid in the waste gypsum were determined. Simultaneously, maintaining material balance of the initial and intermediate components of the technological process was provided. The metrological requirements on precision of initial components feeding were formulated. The requirements are provided by the selected actuator and its control system. The additional apparatus and the arrangement for measuring and control temperature of the reaction mass in a drum rotatable furnace were developed.
