Abstract
The purpose of this work is to analyze the condition of a small heat power system and its problems, and also to develop the ways to solve these problems. The mainstream is a reorganization of a control system in this sector of economy. The condition of coal furnace-rooms in Novosibirsk region is described. The basic directions of control system reorganization are considered.
