Abstract :
This paper developed the stochastic model of transverse electromagnetic wave interaction with longitudinal oscillations of turbulent plasma. The process of photon interactions with the quantum of longitudinal plasma oscillations is modeled. In the result of computation we received the frequency spectrum of scattering electromagnetic signal.
